Foreman

Role:

As a foreman, you will be the cornerstone of our on-site operations, ensuring the vital link between the office, project managers, and our construction sites. Your role will involve coordinating various trades, ensuring adherence to the schedule, overseeing quality control, and ensuring the overall successful progress of projects.

• Ensure smooth and effective communication between the office and the construction site, as well as between the construction site and project managers.

• Coordinate the activities of various trades present on the construction site to ensure a harmonious execution.

• Monitor the quality of the work performed and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

• Ensure clear communication of expectations and adherence to deadlines.

• Be proactive and resourceful, capable of solving problems effectively.

• Read and interpret construction plans with precision.
