Role:

As a foreman, you will play a key role in our field operations, acting as an essential link between the office, project managers, and our construction sites. You will be responsible for coordinating various trades, ensuring timelines are met, maintaining work quality, and driving the overall success of our projects.

• Maintain clear and effective communication between the office, project managers, and on-site teams.

• Coordinate the activities of various trades to ensure smooth and seamless execution of work.

• Monitor the quality of work performed, ensuring compliance with current standards and regulations.

• Clearly communicate expectations and ensure adherence to timelines.

• Accurately read and interpret construction plans.

• Provide excellent customer service as a professional and courteous point of contact.

• Perform a variety of manual tasks to assist on-site teams depending on the project’s current stage.

Qualifications:

• Solid experience in site management and excellent knowledge of construction techniques.

• Proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professionalism, courtesy, and respect toward team members.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
