Under the supervision of our Services & Maintenance Division Project Manager, you’ll be involved in a wide variety of work including framing, decking, siding, flooring, drywall, interior finishes, painting, roofing and much more. You must excel at both finishing and rough work. You must be resourceful, proactive, have a sense of initiative, thoroughness and attention to detail. (Manual work 80% / Planning and quality inspection 20%)
Qualifications:

At least ten (10) years’ experience in the construction industry.

Good knowledge of building codes

Excels in both rough and finish work

Strong sense of organization and priorities

Team spirit and positive attitude
